Eccentric rounder 78 cm diameter

The ideal solution to round medium and soft dough with up to 85% water to flour ratio. Thanks to its eccentric rotatory movement can round pieces from 100 gr up to 4000 gr. The rounding cone eccentricity can be adjusted in order to get the desired accuracy on all sizes.


È dotata in uscita di un comodo nastrino trasportatore. L’alta produttività, fino a 1.500 pezzi/ora, permette di ottenere un notevole risparmio di tempo nella lavorazione. Tutte le parti a diretto contatto con la pasta e gli organi meccanici sono facilmente accessibili rendendo così estremamente agevole la pulizia e la manutenzione. Può essere facilmente abbinata alla spezzatrice volumetrica SV.
