The machine is equipped with 4 belt groups. A high-definition video camera placed above the first full-width belt detects the dough pieces position with extreme accuracy without stopping the belt. The second belt has a decoupling function, while the third one moves its position according to the data coming from the camera in order to perfectly center the dough pieces along both dimensions. The fourth and final full-width belt discharges the dough pieces on the following panning system.
