The dough dividing is carried out by a set of stainless-steel knives, while the rounding is obtained automatically by means of an oscillating plate. This system allows to produce rolls of the same size and weight in a matter of seconds. The chamber opening can be adjusted in order to obtain different weights and sizes.

The opening head allows for an easy cleaning of the machine. The divider-rounder is available in the manual, semiautomatic and automatic version.

Manual working cycle (SAM models)

• Place the dough on the plate and put it inside the machine
• Adjust the chamber opening with a control screw to calibrate the desired weight 
• Press and cut the dough by means of manual levers
• Activate the rounding lever
• Remove the plate with the dough balls

Semiautomatic working cycle (SAS models)

• Place the dough on the plate and put it inside the machine

• Push the Start button to automatically press and cut the dough
• Activate the rounding lever
• Remove the plate with the dough balls

Automatic working cycle (SA models)

• Place the dough on the plate and put it inside the machine
• Set the pressing, chamber and rounding times on the control board
• Push the Start button to automatically press, cut and round the dough
• Remove the plate with the dough balls
