Pressure hopper for volumetric divider

Pressure hopper designed for Turri volumetric dividers, ideal to obtain high weight accuracy even with medium-hard dough (down to a minimum of about 4.8 lt. of water per 10 kg of flour) and/or highly risen dough.

Operating TRP is extremely simple: once the hopper cover has been closed by turning the handle, just press the button to start increasing the pressure. After a few seconds, once the desired pressure level has been reached, the divider can be started and the compressed air will gently push the dough into the dividing drum, ensuring the best accuracy in weight without compressing the dough.
