Fixed bowl spiral mixer with electromechanical control board. Equipped with spiral motor with 2 different rotation speeds and 2 timers.

The mixer can quickly knead any kind of dough for bread, pizza and pastry. It has been designed to reduce working time to the minimum, and at the same time to ensure perfect dough oxygenation and no overheating. The machine is equipped with 2 timers that allow to program the automatic stop of the mixing at the desired time. The mechanics are very simple and robust, all transmissions are made with adjustable belts to obtain the maximum noiselessness and ease of maintenance. All parts coming into direct contact with the dough, such as the bowl, the kneading arm and the column are made in stainless steel according to the best sanitary standards. Highest safety conditions are ensured to the operator: the bowl is protected by a safety grate and the control board is low voltage (24 Volts).
