Perfect for highly hydrated doughs

Gravi-Line can divide even the softest and most sticky doughs with a water / flour ratio of 90%, without mistreating them

No stress process

The beating-rollers lamination system and the guillotine cut leave the dough structure without any inner stress, allowing the pieces to be immediately rounded or even moulded after the cut, without the need of costly and large intermediate proofers.

High automation

With Graviline, a single operator can operate the whole line thanks to the high degree of automation and interconnection of all its part, thus ensuring a rapid investment return.

Many products, one line!

With Graviline you can switch your production from squared to round to long pieces by simply enabling/disabling the different modules thanks to practical bypass systems. Setting up the line for the next production takes just 1 minute!

Graviflux is able to divide any kind of dough, from the hardest ones (48% water to flour ratio) to the softest and stickiest ones (up to 90% hydration). The patented cutting system with weighing conveyor belts ensures that the pieces are cut with the highest weight accuracy.
