Automatic and manual pastry sheeters

Sfogliatrici di ultima generazione per laboratori di pasticceria, panifici, ristoranti, gastronomie e pizzerie. Progettate per la laminazione di bande di pasta per realizzare pasta sfoglia, croissant, pasta frolla e pizza. Possono lavorare qualsiasi tipo di impasto di pasticceria ed ottenere spessori sottilissimi.

State-of-the-art pastry sheeters, ideal for pastry labs, bakeries, restaurants, delis and pizzerias. Designed to laminate dough to obtain puff pastry, croissant, shortcrust pastry and pizza. SF can process any pastry dough and obtain extremely thin sheets. The rolling direction is controlled by the operator with a practical joystick and/or pedal in the manual models, and managed automatically in the touch screen automatic version (SF 700 AUT). Available in both fixed and adjustable belt speed versions. All models with base are equipped with wheels to facilitate their movement, while the bench models can be placed directly on the countertop.

The SF 600 VTC and SF 700 AUT models are fitted for coupling with cutting rollers, to obtain the most different shapes (croissants, circles, stars etc.).

The scrapers are easily removable to allow an easy cleaning, while the bearings are shielded to avoid flour infiltration. The laminating rollers are chrome-plated, rebored and polished.

  • Holder device for cutting rollers (only for SF 600 VTC and SF 700 AUT)
  • Cutting rollers to cut the dough in different shapes and sizes: triangular (for croissant), rectangular, squared, round, oval, ring etc. (only for SF 600 VTC and SF 700 AUT)
