Oleodynamic dividers with square/hexagonal cut

Oleodynamic dividers available in the square cut (SQ) and hexagonal cut (SE) versions. Perfectly suited to dived any kind of dough such as small rolls, loaves and baguettes thanks to the electronic control of the pressing time. The dough is placed inside an aluminium basin, and subsequently cut by stainless steel knives. The oleodynamic dividers are available in the manual, semiautomatic and automatic versions.  width=    width=

Description

Manual cycle (SEM models)

  • Insert the product in the basin and manually close the cover
  • Press and cut the dough manually by means of two levers
  • Manually open the cover and collect the divided pieces

Semiautomatic cycle (SQF, SES models)

  • Insert the product in the basin and manually close the cover
  • Press and cut the dough by means of a joystick
