Extremely versatile machine designed to improve the dough structure by making it more homogeneous. Particularly indicated for medium and hard dough such as sandwich bread, breadsticks and crackers.

Description

The automatic model CA520 can roll from 5 up to 20 kg of dough. The process is carried out in the most natural way by automatically rotating the dough after each passage thanks to a series of rollers, in order to not overheat it. The highest precision and smooth progression of the process are ensured by two adjustable pressing cylinders and three cylinders designed to carry out first sheeting operation. The CA520 model is also equipped with a timer to set the desired working time. The machine is available also in the manual version, which does not include the automatic dough rotation (models C500 and C600).
